Payment methods

We accept cryptocurrency. No crypto yet? You can buy it in a few minutes with your card or bank account and send it straight to your order. Below is how both work.

Pay with crypto

Payments run through our own BTCPay Server, so no payment company sits in between. We never ask for your wallet details or keys.

  1. Choose your coin at checkout

Fill in your delivery details, then pick the coin you want to pay with.

  2. Open your invoice

You get a payment screen with our address, the exact amount and a QR code. The amount is fixed for 15 minutes.

  3. Send the payment

Scan the QR code with your wallet app, or copy the address and amount. Send the exact amount shown.

  4. We confirm and ship

As soon as the network confirms your payment, your order is marked paid and you receive an email. We then pack and ship.

The services below sell crypto for euros. You pay them with your card, bank or wallet app, and they send the coins directly to the address on your invoice. You don't need to keep a wallet of your own.

Open your invoice first, then copy our address and the amount into the service as the destination. Fees and identity checks are set by each service and can depend on the amount and your country, so compare before you buy.

These are independent services. We are not affiliated with them and receive nothing for listing them.

Questions about paying

Something not working? Email dolfinil.shop@gmail.com with your order number.

My invoice expired before I paid. What now?

Invoices are valid for 15 minutes because crypto prices move. Start checkout again for a new invoice. If you had already sent the payment when it expired, don't pay twice: email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

I sent slightly too little.

The invoice shows the remaining amount and stays open so you can send the difference. Wallets and exchanges sometimes take their fee from the amount you send, so check that the amount arriving matches the invoice.

Who pays the network fee?

Your wallet or exchange charges a small network fee to send the payment. We don't add any fee on top of the invoice amount.

Can I get a refund in crypto?

[TODO: refund policy for crypto payments, e.g. refunded in the same coin at the euro value of the order, to an address you provide.]

Which wallet should I use?

Any wallet that can send the coin you choose works. For Lightning payments, use a wallet with Lightning support. If you buy through one of the services above, you don't need a wallet of your own: they send straight to our invoice.
